Tuesday Tutorial #2 - MACM 3 x 3 Valentine

Happy Tuesday!!!

Tutorial Tuesday!!

Pumpkin and I are here to show you how we put together the adorable 3 x 3 mini Valentine card.

I know Valentine's Day is a month away, but I am trying to be more proactive on my crafting this year.  Getting it done before the night before the occasion. :)

This is a fabulous card for mass production even though it does not look mass produced.

Hope you enjoy!

Leave Pumpkin and I feedback on what you would like to see in a tutorial.

Make A Card Monday #2 - 3 x 3 Valentine

Happy Monday Everyone,

How was your weekend?

I used a winter paper line from 2011 for these cuties.

Carta Bella - Merry & Bright, the colors are perfect for all sorts of crafting.  They are fun and many of the designs are not strictly Christmas.  I used the 12 x 12 sheets because they are thicker than the papers in the 6 x 6 pad.

One of the things that I fell in love with when Carta Bella first came on the paper scene, was the weight of their paper.  It is a true cardstock and it has texture.  Similar to the larger MME lines.  Don't get me wrong, I love the thinner cardstocks from MME, Echo Park, Doodlebug, Graphic 45 and many more... but when I want a heavy weight card... I pull out the heavier cardstocks.

Products Used:
  • Silhouette Cameo with Designer Edition Software
  • Cut Files - Design ID #33431, Design ID #24837
  • Carta Bella - Merry & Bright (Aspen Green/Snowflake, Merry Ornaments)
  • Bazzill - Phoenix Swiss Dot (Red), Dark Suede Brown (my favorite)
  • Stamps - Martha Stewart (Heart, from Heart and flower clear stamps), Studio G (Sentiments & inside from VC0019 Series 41)
  • Tools - Martha Stewart mini score board and Fiskars SureCut Paper Trimmer
  • Adhesive - ATG (General Purpose Tape), Zots (3D),
