SPS Inspiration with Denine - mini cards

Happy Friday Friends,

Do you have kiddos in School?  Pumpkin just started Kindergarten... so excited for her.

I am still getting use to the routine... waiting at the bus stop, packing lunch, all the papers... ohhhh my.
It has been such a long time I am out of practice on the 'school' routine.

One of the things I could not wait to do, once Pumpkin started 'Big Girl' school, is put mini messages in her lunch pail.  I didn't have a chance to do that with Spice and the Boys... sorry kiddos.

I wanted to get a few done in advance so that I could just sneak them into her lunch.  Using the short phrases will help her start to recognize words.  I can't wait for Monday, so she can receive her first mini message.  She gets 'Cafeteria Lunch' on Fridays as a treat for a 'Good Job' week.

These were made with scraps... A great way to use up all those 2 1/2  x 2 1/2 pieces of paper.

The base is 2 1/2 x 5, scored at 2 1/2
Bottom layer is 2 1/4 x 2 1/4
Top layer is 2 x 2.... used up a bunch of scraps.

The stamps are a retired set by My Pink Stamper - Lunchbox Thoughts.  One of my favorite sets.

Today's Daily SPS Inspiration from Saundra ~ Card

Hi there! Saundra here from  Luv Scrapping Together!

Today I have a little birthday inspiration for you.

I got out my My Mind's Eye Sweetest Thing Tangarine 6x6 paper pad. I have loved this pad and it's apparent because I only have a few sheets left! Thankfully it is still available at Shop Pumpkin Spice!

Once I chose my papers I stamped the cupcake from My Pink Stamper Birthday Doodles stamp set three times. I colored the cupcake with my Copic Markers and added some Orange Peel Stickles to the flames. The sentiment is also from My Pink Stamper Birthday Doodles set.

Shop Pumpkin Spice has many items on sale. Make sure to check out the store HERE or HERE to see all the great deals!

Thank you for joining me today!

Until next time...
Happy Crafting!

SPS Daily Inspiration with Heather - Card

Good morning! Heather here from Houses Built of Cards to share a card with you today:

I used a cute Penny Black set from the SPS Ebay store called Mimi at Play, and stamped it on some pattern paper from Crate Paper's 6x6 Pretty Party Collection. I planned on leaving it plain, but then ended up sort of coloring it in with Stickles! Lots of sparkle on this card!

Finished off with some assorted MME enamel dots, and a little distress ink on the edges to finish it off.

Thanks for visiting today! Have a wonderful day!
