Tutorial Tuesday!!
Today I would like to share a DIY Enamel Dot method that I really enjoy making. There are several methods on YouTube making the enamel dots that are a popular embellishment in paper crafting right now.
I used them on Monday's card.

What a great idea, Denine! Thank you for the tutorial! Then I can match the dots to my project - I'm going to try this. I already have those small clear dots but I don't have the Zots 3D - I have another kind that I might try. The only thing I don't have is fingernail polish so I'll have to scout it out when I go shopping next time.
