Today's Daily SPS Inspiration with Carissa - Card

Happy Monday fellow crafters! This is Carissa from Happily Ever Paper Crafter.

Today's card is inspired by a card my SIL got me for Mother's Day. The card is so cute and clever that I knew I had to re-create it.

This is the original store bought card. Isn't it so cute! The little turtle is flying a kite. The kite part is a negative cut and when you open up the card the striped kite reveals itself as a rainbow. Totally adorable.

Here is my knock-off version. I used the Cricut cartridge Create a Critter 1 and 2 to make the bear, kite, and rainbow. The clouds are a metal die cut from white foam. The card base is from Birthday Bash.

Supplies:

Echo Park "Summer Days" Rainbow 12" x 12" Paper

Echo Park "Summer Days" Scallops 12" x 12" Paper

  Echo Park "Summer Days" Blue/Orange 12" x 12" Paper

Echo Park "Summer Days" 6x6 paper pad
papers and embellishments found here

Be sure to play along with this week's challenge.

Cover flat aspects with 1"-2" gravelabsolutely no more compared with what
that. Anomalous areas on ground are some offers to check.
