ShopPumpkinSpice kits = 39+ Cards

Hello Everyone,

I hope you had a fabulous week.  Happy Friday!!!

Pumpkin and I had a day of cutting papers last Saturday.  My goal was to see how many cards (card fronts) I could make with one paper pack.  I choose the Carta Bella "All Hallows Eve" kit with the extra solid papers.  I didn't want to add any extra embellishments with the exception of the element stickers that came wit the kit.

My supplies were basic and simple.

Paper Trimmer
Adhesive (both 3 way glue and ATG)
Foam Dimensionals (new to me - sticky thumb - love em')
and the Paper kit.  I did not use the brads or chipboard that this kit includes.  I wanted to keep it basic so you could see what you can make with some papers and stickers.

Here is what we put together.

Lots of extra Alpha and Element stickers left over and plenty of scrap papers to put inside card bases for a little extra touch.

I was very proud of Pumpkin and I. Oh... and it was a lot of fun.  I can't wait to start cutting paper with Pumpkin again... oh and the Carta Bella papers... my oh my... they are awesome.  The quality is just wonderful and it supports itself.  Not thin and in need of a strong base.  I just love Carta Bella.  I think EP was SMART to start this sister company.  They rock!

Hugs,

Trick or Treat!

Hi Everyone! Saundra here from Luv Scrapping Together!

With Halloween just around the corner I wanted to make a quick and easy treat box.

For this box I used papers from My Mind's Eye Blackbird Collection. This collection has some very cute papers. I love it!  The box was cut from Cricut's Tags, Bags, Boxes, More.

To decorate my box I used this cute little witch from Penny Black's "Mimi Halloween" stamp set. She was colored with Copic markers and embellished with yellow Stickles.

To finish off my box, I added a spider web border and topped it with The Twinery "Mandarin" Baker's Twine, then filled my box with treats.

If you are looking for great cardstock and embellishments then Shop Pumpkin Spice is the store for you! There is a great selection of products and the prices can't be beat!

Be sure to check out the Pumpkin Spice Blog Monday thru Friday for inspiration!

Thanks for stopping!

Until next time...
Happy Crafting!

HAPPILY EVER AFTER

Good Morning Friends,

This is DIANA L. from DL.ART sharing more inspiration for you to get some projects done and learn about some of the new products at Shop Pumpkin Spice.  I'm glad you stopped by, because I just think this is the most yummy of colors and papers. I just loved working on this project, because the colors are so vivid and bright.

here is another version
This is an A2 card-- I love the patterns of thes papers
I used Teresa Collins Chick and Scary
Along with TBBand M 2 for the pumpkin, which can be used as a treat box. Lime green neon Sakura pens add a little extra interest.

I used the core'dinations Black magic card stock here, to give the sooty effect. I sanded it so the orange would  stand out. Please stop by Pumpkin Spice and leave some love check out the other designers and the products that shop pumpkin spice carries . The deals are great. In fact I will be ordering my Christmas papers this week and. be sure to check back on  the 20th when we will be showcasing our October kit.

Medallion Trick!

Happy Tuesday!
Today I made a special little medallion. I am really loving making them this way.
Do you see what I did?
I layered the Indie Chic papers, but it didn't POP the way I hoped so I die cut all the same shapes in black and layered. I layered Black>dimensional>Pattern>Black>dimensional>Pattern>Black>dimensional> Pattern. In real life it is so cool looking. I think it shows up in the first photo OK. Try it next time you make a card or layout that needs a little something extra and you can't figure out what! I promise it will do the trick!!!

If I can inspire just one person today I have done my job!
