Hello Friends,
I have the pleasure of being a part of the amazing The Bug Byte Holiday Blog Hop today.
If you have just happened upon my post today, be sure to start at the beginning with Pam from The Bug Bytes, If you are here from Lori at Scrappin My Stress Away , you are on the right path.
Pumpkins and I had fun making some cards this week. She LOVES making the Crinkle Ribbon and seriously, it is so easy she can do it all by herself. Just need a towel handy for the little puddles of water.
If you have little ones at home that want to help craft... this is a super fun thing for them.
I found this design in a magazine and just fell in love with the concept. I am late on a Birthday, as you can see.. I love how the insert slide out and you can even put a pocket on the back to include a gift card or treat of some sort.
These are so simple to make, using a Scalloped paper, you simply cut and fold. I actually used Lime Twist papers with 12 Days, I loved how they worked together for the Holiday card. For the Birthday wishes I used Stella & Rose along with So Sophie.
I have been wanting to use these dollies on cards for so long... finally found a creation to use them on. I sprayed them with Tattered Angels glimmer mist, FUN - and the color matches the 12 Days and Holly Jolly Collection, The papers are Lime Twist, 12 Days and Color Christmas. I am just loving how the Lime Twist papers work so wonderfully for Holiday cards.
I have also started playing with Crinkle Ribbon... eeekkkk... Love it! So fun. These papers are Holly Jolly, so cute and playful for the Holidays. (I am still working on my stamping technique... please forgive the mistakes... The stamps are amazing, it is my lack of skill) All Stamps are from My Pink Stamper. I just love her phrases and the Biggie Christmas set is awesome.
I was having so much fun with the dollies.. :) Again using the Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist. The background paper is from Colorful Christmas collection.
Here is the line up...
Thanks you so much for taking the time to check out my posting today. I hope you got a 'smile' out of something you saw or got some inspiration to go do something crafty.

Doesn't this tree look so pretty. I am still learning the embossing technique but I surprised myself with the pretty tree.
Well I hope you are having fun along the Holiday Hop. These ladies are so talented and full of inspiration.
