Fall / Halloween Hop & My Memories Review

Hello Friends and Fellow Hoppers,

Thanks you so much for taking the time to check out my posting today.  Hope you are having fun on the Fall/Halloween Blog Hop.  If you have come from Tanya's blog, you are on the right path. If you just happened upon the hop today, be sure to start from the beginning at Nicolette blog. (she also has the entire lineup - in case you get lost along the way)

Lets give a great big Thank you to Nicholette for organizing this hop, wow what a fantastic job she did!

Isn't that project by Tanya Fantastic?

I have a few fun *quick* crafty projects for you today.

I recycled some 'bottles' that I just loved, of course I had to twist my hubby's arm to finish off the contents. :)

Ok, I know this is much more appropriate for the 'adult' Halloween celebration.  But I need Decor for Halloween.
Super simple and quick once you decide on the label to use.

I used Echo Park - Apothecary Emporium "Labels" for both of these.
along with Mandarin Twinery Twine and Charcoal Twinery Twine

I also use the We R Memory Distressing Heart Tool.  I really like how the blade retracks on this little handy tool.

And inked the edges with my favorite ink, StazOn by Tsukineko Love this stuff.

Here is an up close of the other two little projects.

This idea came from SugarGems Kit, I just tweeked it a little.
The sentiment on this cute little treat is from My Thoughts Exactly.  Love it!
From the Ghostly Greetings set.  So fun!  The has a great deal on a Halloween Bundle right now.

Inside is a little bit of YUM!!

My Memories recently approached me to review their digital scrapbook software and to give one away to one of my followers too! Stay tuned to the end of the post for details on how to win :)

I printed both of these images from embellishments in a paper pack on My Memories.  Then I printed this sentiment on my paper and placed inside the card.

Isn't that fun!  And simple and QUICK!!

If you are not a digital scrapper, stick around.  As you can see, I am not typically either.
I had never tried Digital Scrapbooking before My MemoriesDigital Scrapbooking didn't seem crafty to me.
  IT IS SO much fun.
I love to see results and you can breeze through several layouts in just minutes.

Now that you have seen the few things that I put together, go visit My Memories Suite and check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.  Once you have peeked around the paper packs they offer, come back here and tell me which one is your favorite, to be eligible to win this software for yourself!

You're Wicked Cool!

Hi!  June Houck here from Simply Elegant Paper Crafts with your Thursday inspiration.  I made this using Halloween papers and die cut frame from ShopPumpkinSpice.  I think My Mind's Eye "Blackbird" may be my all-time favorite Halloween collection.  My sentiment is a My Pink Stamper Spook-alicious stamp.  I love how clearly they stamp.  I have seen this pretty witch around blogland, but I didn't know where she came from.  Then my dh gave me "Wrap It Up" for my birthday and there she was on page 69.  I think she could use some red glittery shoes :)

Supplies:
Cricut cartridge:  Wrap It Up
stamp:  My Pink Stamper "Spook-alicious"
border punch:  Martha Stewart
ribbon:  Michael's

Thanks for looking!  June

It's Wicked!

Hello Friends, Thanks you so much for taking the time to check out my posting today.  I hope you got a 'smile' out of something you saw or got some inspiration to go do something crafty.
Happy Tuesday everyone! It's Lenae here from SugarGem!
Lately I have been trying to challenge myself with different papers than I would normally use. I got the Graphic 45 The Magic of Oz paper from Pumpkin Spice because 1. it's totally different from what I would normally choose, but 2. I have really good memories of the Wizard of OZ. This set is really cool because one side of the papers has a more Halloween feel, but the other side has a traditional Wizard of OZ. So basically the paper is great for Halloween, but could also be used all year round for other projects. I made two cards today using ONLY the 8x8 paper stack for embellishing. The stack has lots of mini cards and figures that you can fussy cut out to put on a project! Take a look at the two simple cards I made with the stack.

This card you can't really see in the picture, but it has some glitter and stickles added to the wicked witch and the legs to give it that extra pop! It's really simple, yet with a little twist. It would be a great card to pop in the mail to someone because it is very flat. Well that's it for today! Hope everyone is having a great week!
My puppy, Kalani, turns 2 this week! It's hard for me to believe she is 2 already!

If I can inspire just one person today I have done my job!

"Happy Haunting" Door Hanger

Happy Monday everyone. It's Carissa again with another Pumpkin Spice blog post!

I am loving this fall weather we are having. Time for hot soup and warm apple cider. Yum yum yum!! And snuggling up in slippers with a good movie. Ohh.
Today's project was inspired by the amazing paper pack by Best Creation "Happy Haunting".

Found here for $4.89.
I love every single paper in this pack. And I love the touch of glitter!!

I made this door hanger for my front door. Ya know, to scare the trick-or-treaters! I attached the monsters together using my Crop-a-dile and black ribbon.

I got all the paper and extra supplies to make this adorably scary door hanger at Shop Pumpkin Spice.

Supplies:
Mini Monsters - Cricut cartridge
Paper - Best Creation "Happy Haunting" 6x6 Glitter Pad
My Mind's Eye "Lush" rhinestones
My Mind's Eye "Blackbird" brads
black cardstock
black ribbon
Glossy Accents
Stickles

Be sure to stop back to see the daily design team posts. The creations are always amazing and beautiful.

Hope you all get inspired to make more fall projects. I know all I have to do is look outside for inspiration.
