Hello! June Houck here with a little Thursday inspiration at Shop Pumpkin Spice. "It's a beautiful day" may seem an odd sentiment to go with an umbrella, but both my husband and I love rain storms. My dear friend and DT sister, Courtney Lee (Court's Crafts) also loves a rainy day, so I know my dh & I are not the only ones who enjoy them :)
Court has inspired me in so many ways during the past two years. It was she who inspired me with her uses of the i-rock tool by Imaginisce and her My Mind's Eye cards/LOs/projects. Court also was the one to tell me about the great prices at Shop Pumpkin Spice, where I purchased the My Mind's Eye papers, twine, sentiment sticker, and i-rock to create this card.
My Mind's Eye has been a long-time favorite for me, but right now this Miss Caroline line is all I want to play with. Court made an adorable card (click to see it!) last August using My Mind's Eye Lost & Found Two papers that completely inspired me to make today's card. Thank you for the inspiration, Court!

ReplyDeleteYour card is beautiful I can see Court's influence in it, but it would have to have a ton more embossing if you wanted it to be a Court card. It is beautiful the way it is --- I say we call it a June card, even though it is April
